How to archive all sent and received Outlook email

In many industries, government regulations or business policies require that all email be stored, archived and retained for a certain period of time. MessageSave makes implementing such a policy very easy.

  1. Create an Outlook rule to save all messages you receive in an Outlook folder (FolderA).
  2. Create an Outlook rule to save all messages you send in an Outlook folder (FolderB).
  3. Configure MessageSave Scheduler to run on FolderA and FolderB and save all messages from them to the location of your choice.
