In many industries, government regulations or business policies require that all email be stored, archived and retained for a certain period of time. MessageSave makes implementing such a policy very easy.

MessageSave integrates with the Outlook's Rules Wizard. This allows you to create rules to automatically archive your messages. You will need to create two rules - one to archive the messages you receive, the other to store messages you send. Every rule can have its own archive location and other options. That's all it takes. Now every message you send or receive will be archived automatically.

In addition to automatic archiving using Outlook Rules, MessageSave supports manual archiving, as well as scheduled operation via integration with the Windows Task Scheduler.
