How To | Extract sender email addresses from Outlook

MessageSave makes it very easy to extract email addresses of message senders from Outlook email. Simply follow these steps:

Save this file exec_sender_list_csv.vbs as c:\exec_sender_list_csv.vbs.
Select a folder or messages from which you would like to extract sender information and click on the MessageSave Outlook toolbar button.
In the MessageSave "Save Messages" dialog, check the "Execute" checkbox and type c:\exec_sender_list_csv.vbs in the field next to it.
Click "Save Now".
That's it. MessageSave will create a file "my_senders.csv" with the list of email names and addresses extracted on your Desktop.
