---------------------------------------- Distribution List Name: Name of your list Members: John Smith john@yahoo.com Mary Fox mary@gmail.com ... ----------------------------------------
Step 3:
Select "Edit->Select All" menu command. Then "Edit->Copy" menu command to copy your list.
Step 4:
Paste it into the field below:
Step 5:
You should see a reformatted list in the field below.
Copy it into a file and transport that file to the Mac. (Or email the text to your Mac email account).
Step 6:
On the Mac:
- Open Entourage. Go to AddressBook view.
- Invoke "File->New->Group" menu command.
- Enter the name of your new Group.
- Copy the output of Step 5. (Cmd+c)
- Click in the large text area of the Entourage Group window.
- Paste the copied text. (Cmd+v)
- Save the new group. (File -> Save)
That's it. Your are done. Congratulations and enjoy your new Mac!
