Due to MessageSave seamless integration with Outlook, you can take full advantage of Outlook built-in filtering capabilities for archiving messages.

For example, to archive messages within a certain date range:

1. Create a new Search Folder and specify the desired date range and any other criteria.
2. Change into that folder.
3. Select all messages.
4. Run MessageSave.
