Reduce Exchange mailbox size and stay under the size quota
Most organizations limit the size of user Exchange mailboxes. In many cases, it is only a matter of time before users start getting "Your mailbox is over the size limit" error messages.
EZDetach offers a simple way of more effectively utilizing exchange mailbox space and keeping it under the size limit. It allows you to store attachments as regular files, outside of Exchange, while maintaining links to the original messages. This way, the attachments are not taking up valuable space in the Exchange mailbox, yet they are still very easy to access.
In addition, or as an alternative, to extracting attachments, consider using MessageSave to archive entire messages as individual files outside of Outlook.
