QuickJump FAQ
Who is QuickJump for?
Any Windows user has to navigate between folders at least a dozen times a day. So QuickJump is great even for a casual user.
Most professionals, such as engineers, lawyers, architects, etc. have a folder hierarchy, where they store information about projects, cases, matters, clients they are working on. Sometimes these folders run into thousands or even tens of thousands. QuickJump is a perfect product in a situation like that.
Not all my folders are showing up in QuickJump, why?
By default, QuickJump indexes only a subset of your folders. To configure QuickJump to include other folders, click on the QuickJump
systray icon, select "Configure Folder Locations" and add the folders you would like to have indexed. After you add new folders, it might take up to 10-15 minutes
for them to become available in the Folder Lookup window.
Does QuickJump support network drives?
Yes, QuickJump network drives. Click on the QuickJump systray icon, select "Configure Folder Locations" and add the network drives
you would like QuickJump to index.
I have purchased a license, how do I get the full version?
QuickJump does not have a separate full version download. You simply install the evaluation version and
activate it using your license key. To enter the license key, click the "Get Full Version" button in the main
QuickJump window. See this image for an illustration.
