Using QuickJump is very easy. All you need to remember is the hotkey Ctrl+Shift+J.

If you need to tell QuickJump about additional folders, you can do so using “Configure Folder Locations” menu command, accessible by clicking on the QuickJump taskbar icon.
Remember to hit Ctrl+Shift+J anytime you need to QuickJump to a folder.

You can change the hotkey combination in the Options Window.
