To export your Outlook contacts in vCard format:
- Switch to the Contacts folder in Outlook.
-
Click the MessageSave Outlook toolbar button
.
- Select "Save all messages in folder Contacts".
- Select "vCard" in the "Format" field.
- Click "Save Now".
- That's it. You should see vCard (.vcf) file(s) created in the destination directory.
To import the exported .vcf files into Mail App or Entourage on the Mac, you first need to copy them to your Mac. A USB flash drive is probably the easiest way to do that.
To import .vcf files into the MAC Address Book, simply select all of them and double-click.
To import .vcf files into Entourage:
- Open Entourage. Click on "Address Book" button. This will open three panels. "View" panel, "Address book" panel and a "reading pane".
- Select all of your vCard files.
- Drag and drop them into "Address book" panel (upper-right section of the Enoutrage window).
In addition to contacts, MessageSave can also help you migrate your email messages to the Mac.
In addition to vCard, MessageSave supports saving messages in msg, eml, html, txt, pdf and mbox formats.
