If this is your first time, please read on for a few tips on getting started.

If you have any questions at all about the best way to use the product to accomplish your goals, do get in touch with us. No question is too small!

Installing AccountCheck

Step 1 - Run the Installer.

Step 2 - Restart Outlook. That is it.

Using AccountCheck

Using AccountCheck is very easy.

  • After you compose a message and click “Send”, AccountCheck looks at the message recipients.
  • If you have never emailed a particular recipient, AccountCheck will prompt you to confirm that you are sending an email from the right account.
  • If you have emailed this recipient before and are now sending from a different account, the product will warn you about the discrepancy.
  • Account check can also pre-select the right account when you hit Reply or compose a new email.
  • You can also have the From field set to your own address when replying from a Shared Mailbox.
  • You can customize the behavior in the Options window.
