How to cancel a subscription

We believe cancelling a subscription should be as easy as starting one.

If you ran into any issues, give us a chance to help you fix them.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log into your TechHit Account.
    • If you do not have a TechHit Account, create one here. Important: use the same email address you used to place your orders.
  2. Open the Subscriptions page.
  3. Click "Cancel / Manage Subscription" next to your subscription.
  4. Enter the email address you used to place the order and click "Continue".
  5. Check that mailbox for a message with a sign-in link and click the link.
    • If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
  6. Find the subscription on the Subscriptions tab.
  7. Click "Manage - Cancel Subscription" next to that subscription.
