How to archive all sent and received Outlook email

In many industries, government regulations or business policies require that all email be stored, archived and retained for a certain period of time. MessageSave makes implementing such a policy very easy.
- Create an Outlook rule to save all messages you receive in an Outlook folder (FolderA).
- Create an Outlook rule to save all messages you send in an Outlook folder (FolderB).
- Configure MessageSave Scheduler to run on FolderA and FolderB and save all messages from them to the location of your choice.
