What is new in SendAware v3¶
Overview¶
Welcome to SendAware v3. This document outlines new features and enhancements which make the product, you have come to rely on for preventing accidental data leaks, even more powerful.
Checking, confirming and blocking attachments¶
New: an ability to check, confirm, prompt, block attachments. You can configure rules based on attachment types or attachment encryption.
Block recipients¶
New: an ability to block recipients, which match pre-defined address patterns.
Encryption support¶
New: an ability to check if a message been sent is encrypted and optionally prompt to encrpt it.
ReplyAll support¶
New: an ability to check, confirm, block ReplyAll actions based on message attributes.
Support for Outlook 2019¶
Starting with version 3, we officially support Outlook 2019, in addition to Outlook 2010, 2013, 2016, Office 365 (both 32 and 64 bit).
License management portal¶
Over the last several years, we have received feedback from many of you that you would like us to improve license management and administration. We are introducing a license management portal where you can keep track of your license usage and deactivate installation when you need to move a license to another computer. When creating an account, use the same email address you used when you placed an order.
Subscription licensing model¶
Starting with version 2, we are switching to a subscription licensing model.
