Folder Options Window¶
You can use the Folder Options Window to tell SimplyFile to exclude certain folders from its standard processing logic.
For example, if you never file messages into your Archive Folders, you can exclude them from displaying in the QuickPick window and from been offered as a filing destination.
Another good use case is when you have a large and slow Public Folder tree. You can exclude parts of that tree which you are not using, so the QuickPick window does not waste time looking for these folders, and therefore opens faster.
You can open this window using:
- Folder Options Button on the SimplyFile More drop-down.
- Folder Options Button in the Quick Pick Window.
